You don't like the product?

If for any reason you do not like what you have bought, please contact us andwe will refund you your money ( less delivery/collection cost). Please fill in the returns form

Contact our customer service via within14 days and an email will be sent out to you with a returns label.

All products shouldbe in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. Please ensurethe returns are packed and labelled clearly.

Refunds will be processed after theitem is received and inspected within 7 days.

Received a damaged item or you are sent the wrong item?
Damage is very rare as our quality team ensure the items are checked beforedispatch. You will be asked to inspect the item upon delivery and confirm/sign it isin good condition. However should a item appear damaged upon delivery pleasemake a note on the form and contact us.

All Damaged items should be reportedto us with pictures via email: within 7 days.

Our customer service team will assess your complaint and deal accordingly. If youreceive a damaged or wrong item you will not be charged a collection fee.

Exchange & Refunds can only be processed once the item is received.

Charges to collect items?
If the item is delivered faulty or damaged we will not charge you for the returnor collection charge.If you change your mind and want to return after delivery we will charge you forthe return or collection charges.

Product Price £150.00- £300.00 - Collection Charge £30.00

Heavy Items

Please call our customer service on T:0800 285 1989 within 7 days.Our team will send you an email with returns label.We will arrange for the item to be collected but there is a collection charge of£50.00 unless the item was received damaged or a wrong item has been sent .

The item should be unused and in the original packaging.Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected within 7 days.
