  • Fragile Delivery: £30
  • Heavy Delivery: £50
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £75 (applies to UK Mainland only) and is exclusively available for all products in our Kitchen/Dining Range (Limited Offer). Regardless of the number of items you order, you'll only pay one delivery charge, even if your order is split into two or more deliveries due to item availability.

Delivery Conditions

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items you've ordered can fit through your front door. Our deliveries will be made to the front of your house or building for your convenience.

Expected Time of Arrival

  • Standard Delivery: Within 7-10 working days (if items are in stock).
  • Heavy Delivery: Delivery times for heavy items may vary between 5 and 20 working days, depending on your delivery postcode.
  • Custom Made Items: Custom made items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Multiple Packages

While we always aim to deliver complete orders whenever possible, there may be instances where this is not feasible. This could be due to a combination of standard and heavy items in your order, or if some items are currently out of stock. Returns Policy

Returning Your Items

After your return request is approved, you can return the items to us using the following steps:

  1. Ship the items back to us using a shipping courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked courier for your peace of mind.
  2. Make sure to include the returns authorization number on the package.

Processing Your Return

Received a Damaged Item?

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Return FAQs

Is it free to return items? We do not cover the cost of returning non-faulty goods or items purchased in error. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover all appropriate return fees.

How long will it take to process my return? Processing time for returns can take up to 7 days, and they are handled in the order received. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 4 days after processing for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Have you received my return? We'll notify you via email once we process your return at our warehouse. To check if your item has been delivered to us, use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.

How do I exchange an item? Currently, we do not offer exchanges. To replace an item sent incorrectly, please request a return, and we'll arrange for a replacement once your return is processed.

I want to cancel my order, how can I? If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it to prevent dispatch. Once it's with the courier, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return, but please note that we do not provide free shipping labels.
