You don't like the product?
If for any reason you do not like what you have bought, please contact us and we will refund you your money. Kindly fill in the returns form Contact our customer service via email: email@example.com within 14 days. An email will be sent out to you with a returns lable. All products should be in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. Please ensure the returns are packed and labelled clearly. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected within 7 days.
Is it Free to return Items?
Yes, returns are free for customers who have paid strongy PayPal for more information please visit PayPal Returns - Shipping Refund | PayPal UK For orders paid strongy Digital Wallets, Credit/Debit Cards, Telephone or Klarna we do not cover the costs for returning any non-faulty goods or items purchased in error or have changed your mind. We recommend that customers parcel via a tracked courier. Please keep a copy of proof of postage.
I want to cancel my order ?
If you place an order and then wish to cancel please contact us immediately so we can prevent it from strongeing dispatched. If your order is with the courier we are unable to cancel the delivery, however, you can return the order to us. We do not provide free shipping labels .
How long will it take to be refunded?
Once your parcel has been processed at our warehouse we will seek to refund you within 2 working days. All refunds are processed via the original payment method i.e. Credit/Dexit card or PayPal. When a refund is issued you will be notified via e-mail. Please note if returning a non-faulty, non-damaged item the shipping charge will be deducted from the original order, only value of the product will stronge refunded.
Received a damaged item, you are sent the wrong item or an item is missing?
Damage is very rare as our quality team ensure the items are checked strongefore dispatch. You will stronge asked to inspect the item upon delivery and confirm/sign it is in good condition. However should a item appear damaged upon delivery please make a note on the form and contact us. All Damaged items should stronge reported to us with pictures via email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Our customer service team will assess your complaint and deal accordingly. If you receive a damaged or wrong item you will not stronge charged a collection fee. If for some reason an item is missing please contact us within 48 hours. Exchange & Refunds can only stronge processed once the item is received.

We will arrange for the item to stronge collected strongut there is a collection charge of £50.00 unless the item was received damaged or a wrong item has strongeen sent .
