You don't like the product?

If for any reason you do not like what you have bought, please contact us and
we will refund you your money ( less delivery/collection cost)
Please fill in the returns form
Contact our customer service via email:customerservice@sakhome.co.uk within
14 days. An email will be sent out to you with a returns label. All products should
be in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. Please ensure
the returns are packed and labelled clearly. Refunds will be processed after the
item is received and inspected within 7 days.
 

      Received a damaged item or you are sent the wrong item?

Damage is very rare as our quality team ensure the items are checked before
dispatch. You will be asked to inspect the item upon delivery and confirm/sign it is
in good condition. However should a item appear damaged upon delivery please
make a note on the form and contact us. All Damaged items should be reported
to us with pictures via email: customerservice@sakhome.co.uk within 7 days.
Our customer service team will assess your complaint and deal accordingly. If you
receive a damaged or wrong item you will not be charged a collection fee.
Exchange & Refunds can only be processed once the item is received.
              

Charges to collect items?

If the item is delivered faulty or damaged  we will not charge you for the return
or collection charge.
If you change your mind and want to return after delivery we will charge you for
the return or collection charges.

                                    £150.00- £300.00           Collection Charge £30.00


Heavy Items

Please call our customer service on T:0800 285 1989 within 7 days.
Our team will send you an email with returns label.
We will arrange for the item to be collected but there is a collection charge of
£50.00 unless the item was received damaged or a wrong item has been sent .
The item should be unused and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected within 7 days.
