We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the products are returned complete, in great condition, unused, and with their original packaging.
How To Request A Return
We have moved to paperless returns as we strive to become a greener company.
To arrange a return request, please use our returns portal and you'll be taken through how to complete your return using your order number and email address or postcode. You will receive a returns authorisation number once your request is submitted.
Once your request is approved, you can ship the items back to us via any shipping courier of your choice. We recommend that customers return parcels via a tracked courier.
You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse – if you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking option provided by your chosen courier.
Received a damaged item?
Damage is very rare as our quality team ensures the items are checked before dispatch. You will be asked to inspect the item upon delivery and confirm/sign it is in good condition. However, should an item appear damaged upon delivery please contact us on 0800 285 1989 (Monday–Friday 8 am to 6 pm; Saturday 9 am to 1 pm) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from the date of delivery with proof of images so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Is it free to return items?
We charged a 20% restocking fee for returning any non-faulty goods or items purchased in error or change of mind. Should your item be delivered to you damaged or faulty we will cover all appropriate fees incurred.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 7 days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received.
You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse. Please note it can take 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note: If returning a non-faulty, non-damaged item the shipping charge will be deducted from the original order, only the value of the product will be refunded.
If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of your order being received at the warehouse, please contact us on 0207 720 3082 (Monday–Friday 8 am to 6 pm; Saturday 9 am to 1 pm) or email us at email@example.com so we can investigate.
Have you received my return?
We will notify you by email once your order has been processed at our warehouse. To check whether your item has been delivered to us, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer exchanges. To exchange an item that was sent to you incorrectly, please request a return, and we will be happy to order a replacement once your return has been processed.
I want to cancel my order, how can I?
If you place an order and then wish to cancel it please contact us within 4 hours so we can prevent it from being dispatched. If your order is with the courier we are unable to cancel the delivery, however, you can return the order to us. We do not provide free shipping labels.
